Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) has submitted additional findings on fund flows and assets linked to PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (DSI) to the Indonesian National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency. The October 2026 submission supports the investigation and efforts to recover lenders' funds. It follows earlier asset identification findings provided between February and May 2026. A special examination traced fund flows and identified assets suspected of being linked to the use of lenders' funds, including assets owned by DSI shareholders, management and affiliated parties. The findings provide a basis for investigators to conduct further verification and pursue asset seizures under applicable law. Police investigators have seized assets worth approximately IDR 432 billion in the DSI case and are continuing to trace and examine other assets.
