Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has instructed Ingress Industrial (Thailand) Public Company Limited (INGRS) to cooperate with its auditor and submit corrected, audited financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2026, by November 30, 2026. The company must submit the related disclosure report by the same deadline and simultaneously disclose both documents publicly through the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s Electronic Listed Company Information Transmission System (SETLink). The instruction follows an auditor’s disclaimer of opinion on the statements INGRS submitted on October 1, 2026. The auditor could not obtain sufficient appropriate evidence regarding the carrying value of intercompany loan balances or perform alternative procedures needed to determine whether other consolidated balances required adjustments or additional disclosures. Consequently, the auditor could not determine whether the consolidated statements were complete and accurate or assess the effects of potential adjustments and additional disclosures for the reporting year and prior periods.
