Albania Financial Services Authority registers bond issuance prospectuses for Union Bank and IUTE Credit Albania and approves senior reappointments across insurers and Raiffeisen INVEST

The Albania Financial Services Authority published decisions taken by its board covering capital markets approvals and changes in the governance of supervised firms. The measures include registering offering documentation for bond issuances by Union Bank and IUTE Credit Albania, alongside approving a series of appointments and reappointments at insurance companies and an asset and pension-fund manager. Specifically, the board registered Union Bank’s base prospectus for a bond issuance and registered IUTE Credit Albania’s prospectuses for bond issuances. It also approved the reappointment of a member of the Supervisory Council at Eurosig, the reappointment of Insig’s administrator, the reappointment of Insig’s Supervisory Council chair and a Supervisory Council member, the appointment of an administrator at Insig Life, and the reappointment of a Board of Directors member and the General Administrator at Raiffeisen INVEST, a manager of private pension funds and collective investment undertakings.
