Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) announced that Alya, a new residential development platform backed by investment firms Brookfield and Lunate, has established its regional headquarters in the centre. The platform will focus on premium residential developments across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Alya is institutionally owned and governed, with a strategy centered on selective project development rather than development volume. It is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, the independent regulator of financial services conducted in or from DIFC.
