Successful candidates must submit their appointment documents in person to its Management Services Department by close of business on Nov. 11, 2026. Required documents include proof of identity and educational qualifications, examination results, and declarations concerning fitness for duty and criminal records. Candidates must also provide a public officials’ ethics agreement and an asset declaration. False declarations will invalidate examination results and prevent appointment, while any appointment already made will be canceled. Criminal complaints will also be filed against those concerned.
