The Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Academy of Finance jointly held the “Conversations with Global Investors” forum in Hong Kong, concluding the Global Financial Leaders’ Investment Summit 2026. Discussions focused on changes in investment markets and artificial intelligence’s role in portfolio management and risk assessment. More than 20 global investors shared perspectives on the changing landscape of asset and wealth management, alternative investments and expanding investment opportunities in Asia. The three-day summit attracted more than 300 participants, including over 100 group chairmen and chief executive officers from global financial institutions.

Participants also examined artificial intelligence’s role in portfolio management and risk assessment.
