Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has instructed M Vision Public Company Limited (MVP) to cooperate with its auditor and correct its 2025 financial statements to comply with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS). The company must submit the corrected, audited statements and a related disclosure report to the SEC and simultaneously disclose them publicly through the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s Electronic Listed Company Information Transmission System (SETLink) by 4 December 2026. MVP submitted revised financial statements on 30 October 2026, following its original submission on 2 September 2026. The auditor expressed a disclaimer of opinion because it could not obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence concerning the existence and accuracy of assets and liabilities, whether revenues and expenses had occurred, and whether taxes had been correctly calculated and recorded. Outstanding special audit results also prevented the auditor from determining whether adjustments were required and their extent. Separately, the auditor found that the preparation and disclosure of information concerning the presentation of consolidated financial statements did not comply with TFRS.
