Plc (LEI 254900XQRXRWLYFXAB57, license number AIF47/2018) has been dissolved and placed into voluntary liquidation following the total redemption of its units under Article 63(1)(d) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018, with external manager Byron Capital Partners Ltd having notified CySEC of the dissolution under Article 52(6) of the law.
