Vietnam’s State Securities Commission reported that more than 30 representatives of its Party organization attended a Nov. 5 training conference on conducting four internal Communist Party administrative procedures electronically. The Office of the Party Central Committee organized the conference to standardize how Party organizations carry out these procedures. The training covered collecting and paying Party membership dues, including handling problems arising during processing. Participants also received instructions on obtaining assessments from Party organizations where members reside for member evaluations, classification and personnel matters. The remaining two procedures concerned permanent and temporary transfers between Party organizations.
