The Angola Capital Markets Commission (CMC) approved the registration of Fundo Elefantes Bay, a private subscription venture capital fund promoted by IFA – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A. The fund’s exclusive purpose is to invest in equity instruments of companies within the economic development perimeter of Baia dos Elefantes in Benguela, invest in debt instruments of companies in which it participates or intends to participate, and provide guarantees for the benefit of its investee companies. It may also invest in securities admitted to trading on regulated markets, subject to a cap of 50% of the fund’s assets.

The Angola Capital Markets Commission approved the registration of Fundo Elefantes Bay, a private subscription venture capital fund managed by IFA – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A. The fund will invest in equity and debt instruments of companies in Baia dos Elefantes, Benguela, and may invest up to 50% of its assets in securities on regulated markets.
