The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City published the results of director elections and a set of appointments for its Kansas City head office and its Denver, Oklahoma City and Omaha Branch boards, all effective 1 January 2025. The update also covers chair and deputy chair designations for 2025 and the Bank’s 2025 representative to the Federal Advisory Council. At the head office, John J. Coyne III (Big Horn Federal Savings Bank) was elected by Group 2 member banks to a three-year term as a Class A director, and Ramin Cherafat (McCownGordon Construction) was reelected by Group 1 member banks to a three-year term as a Class B director. The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System redesignated Patrick A. Dujakovich as chair and Jandel Allen-Davis as deputy chair of the Kansas City Fed board for 2025. Branch appointments include, for Denver, Barry L. Biffle, Arin Emmert and G. Timothy Laney (appointed by the head office board) and Shelly Marquez (appointed by the Board of Governors), with Del Esparza designated branch chair; for Oklahoma City, Jason A. Garner (head office board) and Rebecca Thompson (Board of Governors), with Rhonda Hooper reappointed and designated branch chair; and for Omaha, Kyle Arganbright and Susan K. Wilkinson (head office board) and Joanne Li reappointed (Board of Governors), with L. Javier Fernandez designated branch chair. Kevin Classen (FirstBank) was appointed as the Kansas City Fed’s 2025 representative to the Federal Advisory Council.
