Mexico's National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF) published the fourth quarter 2025 results of its User Service Performance Index (IDATU) for crowdfunding institutions and electronic payment funds institutions, benchmarking how effectively these firms address and resolve user complaints. The IDATU assesses timeliness of service, quality of responses, and institutional actions to improve processes, with emphasis on equitable treatment for vulnerable users such as older adults. Sector scores reached 9.45 out of 10 for electronic payment funds institutions and 9.38 out of 10 for crowdfunding institutions; CONDUSEF highlighted Spin by Oxxo (Compropago) and Arcés (Crowd Up Mex) at 10, followed by Edenred México Fintech at 9.91 and Swap Wallet (Pocketgroup Technologies) at 9.64, and noted that no institution scored below 9.
