The procurement is a consulting package funded by the state budget, with a performance period of 12 months from the contract’s effective date. Supplier selection will be conducted as a domestic open tender via the National E-Procurement System, using a one-stage, two-envelope process; e-bidding documents are available free of charge from 31 December 2025 until before 09:00 on 19 January 2026, with bid submission, opening, and evaluation initiated at 09:00 on 19 January 2026 on the same system.
