The Central Bank of Cyprus has launched an open tender for advisory services to its Human Resources Directorate. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer based on the best price-quality ratio, with an estimated value of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT. The scope allows the central bank to procure support for promotion cycles and other additional services worth up to 100% of the initial contract value. After selecting a contractor and signing the contract, the bank will also retain the right for certain deliverables either to request performance from the contractor or to run a new competition among economic operators that submitted an acceptable bid, under the framework-agreement provisions set out in the tender documents. Tender documents are available until Aug. 7, 2026, and bids must be submitted by Aug. 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Cyprus time.
