The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved the draft Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Collective Interests of Consumers” and adopted a regulation setting out the procedure for issuing and registering shares when establishing a joint-stock company through transformation of state and municipal enterprises. On securities registration matters, the Commission registered a non-public offering issue of registered corporate bonds (Series B) by LLC TRADING HOUSE “GALKA”, registered the report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds (Series C) by AZURRO FINANCE LLC, and cancelled the registration of the issue(s) and prospectus(es) for investment certificates and the related registration certificate for PVNZIF “ASTON” under LLC “AMC “CAPITAL GROUP”.

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a draft law on consumer protection and adopted regulations for share issuance in joint-stock company transformations. It also registered a non-public offering of corporate bonds by LLC TRADING HOUSE “GALKA” and reported on AZURRO FINANCE LLC's bond issue, while cancelling PVNZIF “ASTON” investment certificates' registration.
