The State Bank of Vietnam issued a Governor’s decision appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Van as Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Transaction Department, effective from 05/01/2026, and held a ceremony at its headquarters to present the appointment. Ms. Nguyen Thi Van previously served as Head of the Accounting Department within the Transaction Department. The decision was announced by Mr. Do Trong Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, and presented by Deputy Governor Pham Thanh Ha, who set expectations for the new Deputy Director to work with the Transaction Department’s leadership to deliver assigned tasks linked to monetary policy administration and banking activities.
