The Bermuda Monetary Authority has appointed Mesheiah Keane as Chief Operating Officer and Graham Collier as Chief Technology Officer, expanding its senior executive team to support technology transformation, streamline supervisory processes and strengthen operational resilience. Both executives report to Deputy Chief Executive Officer Shanna Lespere. Keane, formerly the BMA’s Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources, will oversee Finance and Currency Operations, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Business and Operations Support. Collier, whose appointment took effect on 15 May 2026, joins from FlexTrade in London, where he was Global Head of Software as a Service Operations, and will lead the enhancement of the BMA’s technology capabilities, including artificial intelligence tools, as part of the next phase of its digital transformation strategy.
