The Central Reserve Bank of Peru announced that Inés Marylin Choy Chong, Luis Miguel Palomino Bonilla and Gustavo Adolfo Yamada Fukusaki have taken office as directors after their designation by the Executive Branch on Aug. 5. Choy will serve a new term, while Palomino and Yamada return to the board after earlier periods as directors. Choy has served on the board since November 2021 and previously held senior central bank roles, including general manager. Palomino was a director and vice president from 2016 to 2021, while Yamada served as a director from 2013 to 2021.
