The Brazil Securities Commission has scheduled the resumption of the hearing in an administrative sanctioning proceeding concerning disclosures made by IRB Brasil Resseguros S.A. and its managers. The session will start at 15:00 on 9 June and will examine the potential responsibility of Fernando Passos and José Carlos Cardoso. The proceeding was first heard on 29 December 2025, but the session was suspended after then substitute director Luís Felipe Lobianco, who at the time was Superintendent of Strategic Risk Supervision, requested time to review the case. CVM has also made available the report and vote of the reporting director, Otto Lobo. If none of the defendants or their appointed representatives indicate that they will participate, the matter will be decided in a restricted session through electronic voting.
