The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of securities practitioner certificates as part of completing the licensing process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission or paid directly at the Commission, and transfer references should include the recipient’s name, identification details and the type of certificate being issued. The notice also states that if, within one year of the fee-payment notice, the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate already granted.
