The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine announced decisions on all 71 items considered at its latest meeting, including new requirements for outsourcing by professional participants in capital and organized commodity markets and rules to prevent and detect insider dealing, market manipulation and attempted violations. It also approved assessments of three draft laws covering voluntary pension funds, related Tax Code amendments and the regulation of those funds under Ukraine’s Civil Code, continuing its work on proposed voluntary pension reforms. The commission approved changes to its procedures for documenting and considering enforcement cases and endorsed a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution on an experimental framework for temporary state management of sanctioned entities. Other decisions covered appointments to responsible positions at regulated firms, securities issuance registrations and results reports, as well as actions involving venture corporate investment funds and investment certificate issues.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine approved outsourcing and market abuse controls and assessed three bills on voluntary pension funds and related tax and civil law changes. Its 71 decisions also addressed enforcement procedures, temporary state management of sanctioned entities, regulated firm appointments and securities issuances.
