The Turks & Caicos Financial Services Commission said its Registry Department held a targeted customer service training session on 10 July 2026 to strengthen service delivery and reinforce service standards across the department. Conducted at the Commission’s Grand Turk branch, the session focused on how the Registry Department, as the Commission’s public-facing arm, handles interactions with customers. The training covered professionalism, empathy, accountability and a service-focused approach in public-facing work. It also addressed practices for exceeding customer expectations, anticipating needs, providing clear guidance and improving internal working relationships. The Commission said the Registry Department continues to embed customer service in its operational plan and promote a people-centred service culture alongside efficiency and accuracy.
