The Hong Kong Monetary Authority announced that the Financial Secretary has approved the appointment of Mayanna To as General Counsel at the rank of executive director, effective Feb. 12, 2027. To will advise on all legal aspects of the authority’s functions and succeed Karen Kemp, who will retire in February 2027 after more than 30 years at the authority.
