The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market announced that it represented Ukraine for the first time as a full participant at the 51st meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's Corporate Governance Committee. The Commission highlighted priorities including stronger investor protection, greater accountability of supervisory boards, and reforms to corporate governance in state-owned enterprises.
