The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice setting out the fee payment required to complete the process for issuing securities practising certificates for individuals named in an attached list, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate is VND 1,000,000 per person. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or paid directly to the Commission; bank transfers should identify the recipient, include their identity document number, and specify the type of certificate. If an individual does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.
