The Bank of Spain will establish Espacio Eureka, a public economic and financial education venue, and a training center in the main buildings of Madrid’s Quinta de Torre Arias estate. Madrid City Council granted the institution a 75-year concession covering the currently unused palace and stables, while the gardens will remain open to the public under their existing use. Espacio Eureka will provide interactive exhibitions, auditoriums, workshops and other educational activities, with a particular focus on school-age students. The Bank of Spain will also undertake restoration and accessibility work, conserve features near the buildings and help preserve the estate’s agricultural heritage. Both facilities form part of its 2030 Strategic Plan and will host conferences, courses, seminars and public debates.
