The authority said the site is not a Maltese registered company, is not authorised to provide financial services in or from Malta, and has no association with Alchemy Markets Ltd. It warned the public not to transact with the false entity on matters falling within the parameters of the Investment Services Act. The genuine firm identified in the warning is Alchemy Markets Ltd, an MFSA-licensed investment firm. Consumers are reminded to verify whether a firm is authorised by checking the MFSA Financial Services Register or another reputable regulator's register. Where there is suspicion of a scam or dealings with an unauthorised entity, the authority advises stopping all transactions and contacting the MFSA as soon as the suspicion arises.
