The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice on payment of the fee required to complete the re-issuance of a securities practice certificate for Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission or paid in person at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the re-issued certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the re-issued certificate.
