The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of Global Equities Fund, an open-ended special investment fund in securities with private subscription, promoted by BFA Gestão de Activos - Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A. Under its investment policy, the fund is designed to hold a diversified portfolio of financial instruments, including equities, equity-linked and convertible bonds, warrants and other securities that confer rights to subscribe for or convert into shares, as well as units in other investment funds. It may also invest in securities and money market instruments admitted to trading or traded on Angola's regulated market, in line with the collective investment schemes legal framework. BFA Gestão de Activos - SGOIC, S.A. will act as the management company and Banco Keve, S.A. as the depositary.
