SARVA CAPITAL LLC, previously known as LOK CAPITAL II LLC, held Closed End Fund Licence No. C110008490. The surrender was made in accordance with Section 28(5) of the Financial Services Act 2007, and the termination was notified pursuant to Section 28(9) of the Act.

The Mauritius Financial Services Commission announced that SARVA CAPITAL LLC has surrendered its authorization to operate as a Closed End Fund, effective 03 October 2024. The surrender and termination were conducted under Sections 28(5) and 28(9) of the Financial Services Act 2007.
