The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued Notice No. 88/TB-UBCK requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the issuance fee for a securities practice certificate in order to complete the licensing procedure, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer or directly to the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the notice, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million fee payment process for securities practice certificate issuance
