The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applicable at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or paid directly at the Commission, and the transfer reference must identify the recipient and relevant identification details. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the reissued certificate.
