The Vietnam State Securities Commission published instructions for individuals named in an attached list to pay the licensing fee required to complete procedures for issuance of securities practising certificates. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, payable either by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission’s account or in person at the Commission, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. The payment reference should identify the certificate recipient, identification document number and the type of certificate being issued. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million fee and payment process for securities practising certificates
