The Central Bank of Türkiye announced that E9 series TRY 100 banknotes (Version VI) and TRY 10 banknotes (Version VII) will be put into circulation from 24 February 2025 under its authorization in Law No. 1211. The new versions differ from the banknotes currently in circulation only in the signatures. The TRY 100 Version VI will carry the signatures of Governor Fatih Karahan and Deputy Governor Prof. Hatice Karahan, while the TRY 10 Version VII will carry the signatures of Governor Fatih Karahan and Deputy Governor Osman Cevdet Akçay. All other features, including dimensions, obverse and reverse compositions, and overall appearance, remain unchanged, and the new versions will circulate alongside the previous ones.
