The Taiwan Financial Services Commission has filled the vacant Deputy Director General post at its Banking Bureau by promoting Chang Chia-kuei from his role as Chief Secretary. The appointment follows the retirement of Deputy Director General Hou Li-yang on 16 September 2025, with Chang assuming the role on 18 September 2025.

The Taiwan Financial Services Commission has appointed Chang Chia-kuei as Deputy Director General of its Banking Bureau, following the retirement of Hou Li-yang. Chang was previously the Chief Secretary.
