The Central Bank of Bahrain announced several executive management appointments as part of implementing its new organisational structure, with senior roles spanning central banking and macro-prudential oversight, policy and enforcement, supervision, market development and corporate services. Yousif Rashid Al-Fadhel will serve as Advisor to the Governor effective 20 April 2025. Effective 1 May 2025, Hesa Abdulla Al Sada was appointed Executive Director – Central Banking & Macro-Prudential Oversight; Abeer Shaikh Ebrahim Al Saad Executive Director – Policy & Enforcement; Mohamed Abdulla A. Karim Executive Director – Corporate Services; Mohamed Fayez Al Sadek Executive Director – Market Development; and Noora Hasan Abdulghani Executive Director – Supervision. The Governor linked the appointments to the Board of Directors’ decision to adopt the new organisational structure.
