The memorandum envisages delegating an NIB expert with significant international risk management experience to the Advisory Risk Management Committee established by ILTE’s Supervisory Board, alongside broader reinforcement of ILTE’s institutional structure and risk management practices. The ministry positioned the agreement within its ongoing work to strengthen ILTE through governance, professional monitoring and international standards, and noted that similar expert-participation memoranda have previously been signed with the European Investment Fund and the European Stability Mechanism.
