The Bank of Uganda announced that Share an Opportunity Zirobwe Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Limited has met the licensing requirements under Regulation 8 of the Micro Finance Deposit-Taking Institutions Registered Societies Regulations, 2023, and is now under the central bank’s supervision and regulation.

The Bank of Uganda has licensed Share an Opportunity Zirobwe Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Limited after it fulfilled the requirements under the Micro Finance Deposit-Taking Institutions Registered Societies Regulations, 2023. The society is now under central bank supervision and regulation.
