The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency adopted amendments to rules governing costs payable from mandatory pension fund assets and the calculation and content of total cost indicators. Its governing board also issued a public warning for prohibited share trading, closed two supervisory proceedings following remediation of financial crime controls, and approved licensing and management changes. The public warning concerns Ivan Leko, who traded CIAK Grupa shares during the 30-day closed period before publication of the company’s fourth-quarter 2025 report, breaching Article 19(11) of the European Union Market Abuse Regulation. Separately, CROATIA osiguranje’s voluntary pension fund management company and Mathematica Capital Partners improved their systems for preventing money laundering and terrorist financing by complying with supervisory orders issued on March 26 and June 17, 2026, respectively. Completion of those measures closed the onsite supervisory proceedings against both firms. InterCapital Real Estate received authorization to operate as a large alternative investment fund manager, replacing its previous authorization in the medium category. The board approved Ana Zovko as a management board member of CROATIA osiguranje for a term from Jan. 1, 2027, through Dec. 31, 2030, and Tomislav Tadić as executive director of MEZZANINE PARTNERS for five years beginning Dec. 23, 2026. It also granted three insurance distribution permissions and confirmed that Ana Tomičić’s permission had ceased to be valid on Sept. 30, 2026.
