The document standardises the information to be shown on the certificate used for vehicle registration or annual tax processing and sets out the applicable compensation and preliminary compensation limits. It states a combined cap of THB 504,000 per person for items (1) to (4) and total coverage per accident capped at THB 5 million for vehicles with no more than seven seats and THB 10 million for vehicles with more than seven seats. Preliminary compensation is described as part of compensation under the main coverage, with amounts shown for bodily injury up to THB 30,000 per person, and THB 35,000 for dismemberment or permanent disability and for loss of life, and the form notes that if the victim is the driver the vehicle covers only preliminary compensation.
