The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of BCS Capital Dourado, an open-ended special securities investment fund offered by public subscription and promoted by Standard Gestão de Activos, a collective investment undertaking management company. The fund’s investment policy targets opportunities in Angola’s money and capital markets and permits investment in treasury bonds, corporate bonds, short-term assets, and units in funds subject to the same regulatory regime, including collective investment undertakings managed by the management company. Standard Gestão de Activos – SGOIC (SU), S.A. is appointed as the management company and BCS – Banco de Crédito do Sul, S.A. as the depositary.
