The Intergovernmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa has issued an expression of interest for an individual consultant to design, develop and implement an internal SharePoint-based intranet system using Microsoft 365 technologies. The project is intended to create a secure internal digital workplace for staff and management, with the aim of improving internal communication, operational efficiency, information management, knowledge sharing and the digitization of procedures. The intranet is expected to centralize GIABA's work plan and include a notification alert system, while strengthening collaboration and improving document management, knowledge retention and workflow automation. The notice seeks a consultant with proven SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 experience, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, and technical expertise in SharePoint Framework, PowerShell and Azure, alongside certifications including SharePoint or Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Power Automate. The assignment is set to last three months from contract signature. Applications will be evaluated out of 100 points, with a minimum qualifying score of 70, and the deadline for applications is 05 March 2026.
