Argentina’s Securities Commission (CNV) president Roberto E. Silva closed the Corporate Governance Forum 2025, using his remarks to recap the regulator’s work to innovate and modernise Argentina’s capital markets, including simplifying processes and removing what he described as unnecessary impediments to market operations. Silva highlighted that, over a little more than 18 months, the CNV has issued what he characterised as pioneering rules covering Automatic Public Offering, regulation of PSAVs and tokenisation. The event was organised by IAE Business School in collaboration with BYMA and also included participation from CNV’s Corporate Governance Manager Nadia Montenegro and other CNV staff.
