The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that ARGUS MANAGEMENT LTD, the external manager of CASCADE INVESTMENT FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD, LEI 529900X0D9RYBFOHTL27, registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund with registration number RAIF100, has notified it under Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 of the start of dissolution and liquidation procedures for the CASCADE 5 and CASCADE 6 compartments, which will remain in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC's website marked under liquidation until the process is completed, after which CySEC will remove them from the register once all required documents are submitted under Article 138(9).

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that ARGUS MANAGEMENT LTD has notified it of the start of dissolution and liquidation procedures for the CASCADE 5 and CASCADE 6 compartments of CASCADE INVESTMENT FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD. The compartments will remain in the Registered Alternative Investment Funds Registry marked under liquidation until the process is completed, after which the authority will remove them from the register once all required documents are submitted.
