The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, through its Supervisory Committee, revoked the licences of Kart Fly LLC effective 27 February 2026 for breaches of Kyrgyz Republic legislative requirements. The withdrawal covers two licences issued on 15 November 2024: licence No. 2058151124 for providing services to receive, process and issue financial information (processing and clearing) for third-party payments and settlements for participants in the payment system of the relevant processing and clearing centre, and licence No. 3060151124 for providing services to accept and execute payments and settlements for goods and services that are not the result of the firm’s own activity, in favour of third parties via payment systems based on information technologies and electronic means and methods of payment.
