All divisions recorded positive 12-month changes, ranging from +0.6% in the Pacific division to +5.9% in the Middle Atlantic division. FHFA stated the next HPI report will be released on August 26, 2025, covering monthly data through June and quarterly data through the second quarter of 2025.
