The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions has welcomed Josée Turcotte as Deputy Superintendent, Integrity, National Security and Integrated Solutions. Her appointment, announced by Superintendent Peter Routledge in June 2026, has now taken effect. Turcotte will lead work addressing integrity and security threats to federally regulated financial institutions, including national security and money laundering related risks. She will also oversee enterprise services and capabilities supporting OSFI’s mandate and the modernization of its regulatory data collection and analysis. Turcotte rejoins OSFI from the Ontario Securities Commission, where she was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff.
