The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market registered a corporate bond issue under a base prospectus, with FC ACTIVITIS LLC as issuer and Investment Firm UNIVER CAPITAL LLC as issue organiser. Initial placement took place on the PFTS Stock Exchange using delivery-versus-payment settlement. Settlements for 155 transactions were completed in a single day, and 2.57% of the issue was transferred by the Central Depository from the issuer’s account to a depository institution’s account for crediting to first owners. The issuer will deposit the global certificate under the new procedures, after which the remaining bonds will be available for further sale. Further transactions are to be executed on the organised market via UNIVER CAPITAL, with delivery-versus-payment settlement.
