The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Forpost Corporate Services Ltd has expressly waived its authorisation to provide administrative services, resulting in the licence lapsing as of 31 December 2024 and the company ceasing to provide those services. The waiver was made under section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, and the lapsed authorisation was CySEC number 38/196. In line with section 16(2) of the Law, CySEC has permanently deleted the company from the register of licensed persons.
