Limited of Australia’s PHP7,873,759.49 foreign direct investment in its Philippine branch, has been reported lost, a replacement has been requested, and the original must not be honored if found and presented for the purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings under Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.

The Central Bank of the Philippines said a Bangko Sentral Registration Document covering Koppers Wood Products Pty. Limited’s PHP7,873,759.49 investment in its Philippine branch has been reported lost. Banks and affiliated foreign exchange corporations must not honor the original document if it is presented for foreign exchange purchases linked to capital repatriation or remittance of earnings.
